2018-07-06 Reguity Group AB (publ) consolidates its leading position within registry services for private companies by acquiring Digital Aktiebok from Swedish credit information company UC AB. Digital Aktiebok (i.e. Digital Share Ledger) is a product developed by UC Aktieadministration. Its services have been sold and distributed through among others Swedish online accounting giant Fortnox, and have been available through Fortnox online products. Forthcoming, Digital Aktiebok will be available at www.svenskaaktieboken.se and will be managed by Nordiska Värdepappersregistret, a firm within Reguity Group AB (publ).
